Uploading your video .
As the parent or legal guardian you acknowledge that your child’s video uploaded to the Dream Big website (“Uploaded Content”) is private communications and uploaded to a secure server that are viewable only by Mohawk Princess Pictures, Rezolution Pictures, Innovate by Day and APTN representatives. All parents/guardians will be contacted directly by telephone to verify parental consent. Only successful candidate’s videos may be made public and may be used in the broadcasted show’s content. Videos should not exceed three (3) minutes in length or 400MB in size. Mohawk Princess Pictures and our affiliates will determine the suitability of each candidate. Short listed candidates will be contacted by a director for a more in depth interview in which a parent/guardian must be present.
Copyright
Where we have solicited you, through the features of the Site, to create content from content you have downloaded from the Site and owned by us (“Site Content”), we grant you a non-exclusive licence to use that Site Content solely for the purpose of creating content for upload to the Site. Youhereby irrevocably assign to us with full title guarantee, free of charge, all intellectual property rights and rights of use you may have over the Uploaded Content for up to one (1) year or in perpetuity. Your use of the Site Content and our grant of the non-exclusive licence in the Site Content are conditional upon this assignment.
Content featuring your child’s or other third party’s image
If the Uploaded Content features your child’s image, you acknowledge that we have all right to use your child’s image as part of the Dream Big TV Show and on the Site. If the Uploaded Content features the image of any person other than your child, you warrant that you have received the permission of the relevant person for the use of his/her image by us and you indemnify us for any losses which we may incur in the event of a well-founded complaint, action or claim by any third party concerning the use by us of a third party’s image, derived from the Uploaded Content that we may use as part.
We have no obligation to display any Content. We may elect to pre-screen Content at our discretion. We have no obligation whatsoever to compensate you for any use of your Content in any manner.

Termination
